CCPA / CPRA Privacy Notice
This notice is for California residents and describes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), including Civil Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199 and related regulations. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
If Beatprod is a "business" under the CCPA for your interaction, the rights below apply. Some exemptions may apply (for example certain publicly available information or data subject to other sectoral laws).
1. Categories of personal information collected
In the prior 12 months, depending on how you use Beatprod, we may have collected:

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, government ID numbers, or racial/health data as part of core marketplace use.
2. Business / commercial purposes
- Provide and secure accounts, storefronts, uploads, and licensing;
- Process payments, refunds, and seller payouts;
- Customer support and dispute handling;
- Analytics, debugging, and product improvement;
- Marketing (where permitted) and campaign measurement;
- Compliance with law, fraud prevention, and enforcement of terms.
3. Sources
You; your devices/browsers; authentication providers (e.g. Google); payment processors; and other users (e.g. messages or reports).
4. Disclosures to service providers / contractors
We disclose personal information to vendors that help operate Beatprod (hosting, CDN, payments, email, analytics, support) under contracts that limit use to our business purposes. We may also disclose information to authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Under the CCPA, "sale" and "share" can include certain disclosures to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics technologies we use (for example Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika) may fall within those definitions depending on configuration. We do not currently run separate third-party advertising networks on the Site.
You may opt out at any time: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (Civ. Code § 1798.135; 11 CCR § 7013).
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute requirements. Retention varies by category (account lifecycle vs. transaction records vs. short-lived logs).
7. Your California rights
- Right to Know / Access — categories and specific pieces collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures (§ 1798.110 / .115);
- Right to Delete — subject to exceptions (§ 1798.105);
- Right to Correct — inaccurate personal information (§ 1798.106);
- Right to Opt Out of sale/sharing (§ 1798.120);
- Right to Limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information for certain secondary purposes (§ 1798.121) — we use sensitive PI primarily to provide the service;
- Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising CCPA rights (§ 1798.125).
8. How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with:
- Subject: CCPA Request;
- Account email / username;
- Request type (know, delete, correct, opt-out, limit SPI);
- Enough detail for verification.
We will verify your identity using reasonably available information (for example matching account email and confirming control of that inbox). We respond within 45 days, with a possible additional 45-day extension when reasonably necessary, with notice.
9. Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and direct verification of the consumer, consistent with CCPA regulations.
10. Minors
Beatprod is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
11. Shine the Light
California Civil Code § 1798.83 (Shine the Light) requests may be sent to the same email. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing in exchange for money in the manner that statute typically targets; if our practices change, we will update this notice.
