Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page is Beatprod's Notice of Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing under the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (Civ. Code § 1798.120 and § 1798.135; 11 CCR § 7013). California residents may direct us to stop selling or sharing their personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
1. Your right
You have the right to opt out of:
- the sale of personal information; and
- the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
After you opt out, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to re-authorize sale/sharing, unless you initiate a new transaction that requires it under applicable rules.
2. Does Beatprod sell or share data?
We do not sell personal information for money. We use service providers to run the Site. Some analytics technologies can constitute a "sale" or "share" under California's definitions even when no money is exchanged. We do not currently operate separate third-party advertising networks on the Site. This page lets you opt out of that treatment to the extent applicable.

3. How to opt out
3.1 Email request (available now)
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Do Not Sell or Share;
- The email address for your Beatprod account (if any);
- A statement that you are a California resident and want to opt out of sale/sharing of your personal information.
We may request limited verification (for example confirming control of the email inbox). We will process valid requests without requiring an account creation solely to opt out.
3.2 Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization as required by CCPA regulations.
3.3 Opt-out preference signals (GPC)
We currently process sale/sharing opt-out requests by email as described above. We do not yet automatically honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals site-wide; if we add GPC support, we will update this page.
4. What happens after you opt out
- We stop selling/sharing your personal information as defined by the CCPA, except as permitted (for example disclosures to service providers under qualifying contracts);
- You may still use Beatprod; we will not discriminate against you for opting out;
- Strictly necessary processing for the service, security, and legal compliance continues.
5. Limit use of sensitive personal information
If you want to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the services you requested, email [email protected] with subject Limit Sensitive PI. We primarily use sensitive PI (such as account credentials and payment-related data handled by processors) to provide the service.
