Accessibility Statement
Beatprod is committed to digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We want beatprod.com to be usable with assistive technologies and keyboard navigation to the greatest extent reasonably practicable for a modern audio marketplace.
This statement follows the structure recommended by the W3C WAI accessibility statement guidance.
1. Conformance goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is a widely recognized technical standard for web accessibility (also referenced in U.S. DOJ Title II rules for many public entities). Beatprod is a private marketplace; we still use WCAG 2.1 AA as our design target.
Current status: partially conformant. Core browsing flows are improving; some interactive media and upload experiences may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.
2. Measures to support accessibility
- Semantic HTML and labels for interactive controls where possible;
- Keyboard access for primary navigation and many actions;
- Text alternatives for meaningful icons/images where provided;
- Attention to color contrast and readable typography in the main UI;
- Review of accessibility feedback from users;
- Use of automated checks (for example Lighthouse accessibility audits) as a supplement—not a substitute—for manual testing.
3. Technologies relied upon
Accessibility of the Site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA patterns in components. If JavaScript is disabled, some features (player, uploads, checkout) will not work.
4. Compatibility
The Site is intended to work with current major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile. We aim for compatibility with common screen readers and assistive technologies, though combinations vary.
Older browsers, uncommon assistive-technology pairings, or heavily customized browser setups may have reduced support.
5. Known limitations
- Audio player & waveforms — complex custom controls may lack full screen-reader parity or visible focus in edge cases;
- Upload / studio flows — multi-step forms, drag-and-drop, and media pickers can be difficult with some assistive tech;
- Overlays / sheets — mobile menus and modal dialogs may need further focus-trap and labelling polish;
- Third-party embeds — payments, analytics, Trustpilot, social embeds are outside our full control;
- Touch target size — some dense controls may be smaller than recommended targets on mobile;
- User-generated content — covers and text uploaded by users may lack alternatives we cannot automatically supply.
If you need an alternative way to complete a purchase, upload, or account action, contact us and we will try to help.
6. Feedback and response
Please report accessibility barriers:
- Email: [email protected] (subject: Accessibility)
- Telegram: @beatprodsupport
Include: page URL, description of the problem, and (optional) browser, OS, and assistive technology. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 5 business days and propose a next step within a reasonable time based on severity.
7. Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact consumer protection or disability rights authorities available in your jurisdiction. U.S. users may also consult resources from ADA.gov for general ADA information (Beatprod is not representing itself as a public entity under Title II).
8. Assessment approach
This statement is based on self-evaluation, automated scanning, and ongoing product work. We update this page when our conformance status or known limitations materially change.
